It's that time of year again! Let's get healthy!! It's National Public Health Week April 2-April 6 and there are so many events going on. I love themed weeks like this because you can be creative, innovative and pretty much have fun getting the community interested in your area of health. Check out the website for additional information and to hear about events in your area.
CHWs/Promotoras this is the time to shine! Whether you are coordinating community events, putting boots on the ground and going door to door or hosting an event, remember to keep the community first and ask them some ideas and things they may like to see in the community.
